The couples retreat workshops are designed for all couples who are committed to each other. You will learn research-based skills that will dramatically improve the intimacy and friendship in your relationship and help you to manage your conflict in a healthy, positive way.

In staying close to the beach, a part of the treatment plan will contain a walk on the beach to reduce your distress.

In working within a strong relationship, this workshop will provide you with insights and tools to foster further closeness, friendship, and trust. We will discuss love languages, love and kindness exercises, sound relationship house, and couples positive EMDR assignments.

If your relationship is distressed, this workshop will provide you with a greater understanding of your relationship and a road map for repair. We will discuss needs and trauma informed discussions, healing exercises, and trauma informed couples’ yoga work.

There are 3-hour, 5-hour, and 10-hour workshops available.

-More intensive treatment that we can utilize EMDR and Couples therapy to get quicker results.
