EMDR therapy helps people reprocess traumatic events so that they are no longer stored in that raw, vivid, state specific form. After reprocessing, people link the traumatic even with an adaptive positive belief and helps to have resolve to the negative events that have affected you.

EMDR Intensives can be scheduled with multiple sessions starting with 2-, 3-, 5- or 10-hours' worth of session time.
