About Grace Thomas

Grace Thomas

Grace is a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPCA). She earned her Bachelor's degree from Coastal Carolina University and a master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Adams State University in Colorado. During graduate school, she completed three semesters of internship training at Coastal Carolina University, where she worked with college students experiencing concerns such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, life transitions, academic stress, and personal growth.

She believes every individual deserves a space where they feel genuinely heard, respected, and supported. Her counseling approach is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to each client's unique needs and goals. She draws from evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT),  Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Motivational Interviewing, and mindfulness-based interventions to help clients build coping skills, increase self-awareness, and work toward meaningful and lasting change.

Whether you are facing a difficult life transition, managing stress, or working through emotional challenges, she strives to provide a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where healing and personal growth can occur.

"It is a privilege to walk alongside clients as they discover their strengths, build resilience, and create

meaningful change in their lives."
