Ky'Najah is a master 's-level clinical mental health Counseling intern. She has experience working in school-based mental health counseling and inpatient psychiatric settings, supporting clients with various concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, emotional regulation, relationship issues, grief, and life transitions. Her counseling style is warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed, drawing on cognitive-behavioral, person-centered, and strengths-based approaches. Her goal is to create a safe, welcoming space where clients can build confidence, discover healthy coping strategies, strengthen relationships, and move toward the life they envision for themselves.
"It is a privilege to walk alongside clients in their healing journey, and I look forward to supporting them every step of the way."
